Trudie J. Hale, Esq has nearly thirty-eight years of legal experience practicing law in both Massachusetts and New York. During that time, she has represented buyers, sellers, builders and developers, condominium associations, and lenders in myriad transactions and in varying capacities across the real estate conveyancing process. Trudie also provides her clients with business development and estate planning services. She has a commitment to unparalleled excellence and relationship building so that each transaction receives the focused attention and refinement it deserves.


Outside of the office, Trudie is involved with several non-profit organizations and recently completed her tenure on the school council in her home community. In addition, as the principal of proLIT, a ghostwriting service, she has assisted in writing manuscripts for countless clients, including celebrity novelists.

Marisa A. McCaul, Esq. is an expert in representing buyers, sellers and lenders in the acquisition, sale and financing of real estate from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, residential lending, commercial lending, purchase and sale negotiation, settlement, title, escrow and the closing process. Marisa obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2011 with a minor in Psychology. She then obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Middlesex Community College in Bedford, Massachusetts before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in 2015. Throughout her journey, she has performed many different roles at different firms in the Boston area, such as administrative assistant, law clerk and associate attorney where she has also gained experience in the fields of personal injury, estate planning, corporate, family, civil litigation and landlord/tenant.

In her spare time, Marisa likes to sing karaoke, attend different concerts and spend time with her husband, Steven, and their dogs, Chesney and Wallen.
